CAT

We offer two kinds of services: consultation and consultation with our CAT usage. You could buy a package of hours for consultation only, or you could add to that a subscription to use our database with ongoing support.

We only charge for time spent on your file or with your team, and CAT subscription fees when applicable.

We try and pick up from where we stopped. However, usually, after 12 months, we might need to start from scratch as too many things could have changed.

If you maintain your subscription to our CAT, we keep your data, and you have full access to it. If you stop your subscription, we’ll package your data and send it to you within three months. (Charges might apply depending on size.) Should you like us to keep your data in our Cloud storage, we’ll be happy to oblige. Fees will apply depending on period and size.

Yes, up to five at any given time. These are key personnel entrusted with entering and manipulating your data. Having said that, should you feel there is a need for a different arrangement, we’ll be happy to discuss.

That’s on us. Our technical team will be there to assist you.

This depends on the urgency and type of problem. We aim at resolving all issues within 6-12 hours.
